This culinary experience is a cultural and sensory “travel” to discover the rich regional cuisine from Italy.
I’m committed to provide an authentic Italian slow meal in a fun and entertaining way.

During this multi-hour affair, you will taste different flavours, understand what’s on your plate, appreciate the true taste of meal. My menus are expressions of my love for my roots my culinary family traditions and Italian life style. I also love support locals micro-farms and cook with traditional Italian fresh ingredients.

The experience is chef’s table style with a full interaction with me and my team, will be a lot fun!!
